Ordinary Membership of EuroSDR is open to:
A single national body or organisation, of a member state of the Council of Europe, which is responsible for topographic or land information in that state;
or
A single body or organisation of that state engaged in spatial data research.

Associate membership of EuroSDR may be considered where more than one organisation from a state satisfy the criteria for Ordinary membership.

The Ordinary member organisation nominates a Delegate from a national spatial data production organisation and a delegate from a research organisation to represent that European state in EuroSDR.

A financial contribution is paid by Members in the form of an annual subscription, which is determined annually by the delegates.
